It was the first choice on the list. I've been dealing with Apple Mobile Me support through iChat for two days trying to renew my account. It's not accepting two different credit cards I'm using. Couldn't find the information you provided here anywhere on Apple's site. This has been my first sour experience with Apple. They have no phone support for Mobile Me. They can create the best computer and software on the planet but can't provide more support than iChat for support. Puzzling ! Thank goodness for people like you Katie !
